Common questions about pricing
Yes. No credit card required to start. You get Pro-tier access for 14 days. If you do not enter a payment method, your workspace automatically drops to Starter limits on day 15 — no data is deleted, no features are removed, you just live within Starter's quotas until you upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your billing page — the new limits take effect immediately and we pro-rate the charge. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Any active interaction with a data protection authority, regulator, or court where you're building a case timeline. That includes a data-subject complaint you're responding to, a DPA investigation, a regulatory inquiry, or preparation for a hearing. Closed cases do not count against the active limit.
Not yet on the self-serve tier — monthly billing only for now. Enterprise contracts are annual by default with volume pricing. Annual self-serve billing is on the roadmap for a future release.
