Yes. The Free plan covers Pillar A (Active Awareness) forever — regulator feeds, TL;DR summaries, knowledge base read-only access, one certification track, and up to 3 users per organization. No credit card, no expiry. When you need dispute cases, the evidence vault, or AI drafters (Pillars B and C), upgrade to Starter or Pro with a 14-day full-Pro trial — no credit card required for the trial either.
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your billing page — the new limits take effect immediately and we pro-rate the charge. Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Any active interaction with a data protection authority, regulator, or court where you're building a case timeline. That includes a data-subject complaint you're responding to, a DPA investigation, a regulatory inquiry, or preparation for a hearing. Closed cases do not count against the active limit.
Yes. Choose annual billing at checkout and save 20%: Starter is €950/yr (vs €1,188 monthly), Pro is €3,350/yr (vs €4,188 monthly), and Business is €11,520/yr (vs €14,400 monthly). Enterprise and Enterprise+ contracts are annual by default with volume pricing.
UnnaData bills through our Estonian operating entity (UnnaData OÜ), so EUR invoices, SEPA direct debit, and EU VAT reverse-charge all work out of the box. US customers are welcome — Stripe handles the currency conversion transparently on their card statement. Our data infrastructure is also EU-native (eu-west-1, Ireland), so EUR pricing, EU residency, and Article 28 DPAs all line up.
